We here at Death Card RO look forward to you joining us. We are working very hard to create the best, most vibrant and active Ragnarok Online experience around. With the introduction of new and exclusive features to be found nowhere else, along with new races and quests we are sure you will be coming back for more. We are proud to say that Death Card RO is one of the only RO servers that got its start as an active WoE Guild only later to become a full fledged, private Ragnarok Online, game server.

We guarantee you that once you join us here on Death Card RO you will see that it is our goal to fulfill the needs of any avid RO player, from newbie to pro alike. Death Card RO is not nor has it ever been a server that we were just going to slap together and toss out there, like so many others who do it that way and fail. This project took literally months in the planning. We have watched many a server rise, peak and then fall. We here at Death Card RO will rise but we will not peak for a very, very long time as we will keep raising the bar of excellence. Thus, we will not fail and that being the case we will not fall...

We are dedicated to Death Card RO wholeheartedly. This server was founded upon the wishes, hopes and dreams of many an RO veteran from player to GM alike. Our structuring is based upon mutual debate, decision and planning. Our first actual forum began as a think tank dedicated solely to research and development. Then later we moved over into our official forum to begin building and beta testing our server. We are working to meet the goal of being the best high rate server we can be and that requires an active staff to be on hand 24/7, which is the promise we make to those of you who have chosen to join us. There will always be active staff members here to help you.

1. No botting or packeting. Your account will be banned for life if caught.

2. No Hacking of any sort.

3. No Impersonation of Admins, Co-Admins, Sub-Admins, GMs, Sub-GMs or Players of any sort.

4. Scamming GM's, any NPCs or players is not permitted. When caught you will receive a permanent ban.

5. Macros from an outside source, 3rd party program aren't allowed . This includes duping programs, or any sort of cheating programs or sub-routines.

6. Be kind to others, GM and player alike.

7. Try your best to speak English publicly. If you can't speak English try to get a translator.

8. Spamming skills in town is not allowed. Any town.

9. Do not cast "Ice wall" on portals, or block them in any way.

10. Do not insult players, GM's or Administrators.

11. Do not Kill Steal or PK to steal a monster. If a player dies on their own and it is not in fact due to being PKed, then they no longer have a claim on it.

12. Flaming, trolling, badgering or harassing players, GM's or others is not allowed.

13. Selling game account information, or items in real life is NOT permitted.

14. Do not spam the forum with ranting and raving if you are banned for any reason.

15. When making a report, ALWAYS have a screenshot. No screenshot means you are not getting help.

16. Before asking a question, technical-wise, ALWAYS patch SakRay, kRO/RagLite, and DeathCard RO.

17. Do not beg anyone in game or on our forum for zeny, items, levels, or anything else. Go get it yourself. Or try asking someone for tips and advice if you are having trouble doing something.

18. Do not put a public chat or vendor in the main town of Prontera. There will be no blocking of NPC's or interfering with official activities. Vendors can only set up in the Market Place and we will designate a gathering place for public chats.

19. Dual Clienting is allowed for two accounts only. Multi-Clienting is not allowed. If you are found to have more than two accounts you will be held accountable for breaking DCRO rules.

20. Report bugs and do not abuse or exploit them. If you can't report it in game, use the forums.

21.Do not attempt to exploit loopholes in the rules. Use common sense; just because something's not listed in the rules, doesn't mean you should do it. Report any potential loopholes to the DCRO Admins.

22. Beta Players and Regular Members should NEVER post topics which could be read and construed as a direct Administrative or STAFF related matter... In other words try your best not to tell other people what to do or how to do it unless you are a member of the DCRO Staff.

23. Please be advised that if your application is approved and you are granted the title of GM your legitimate player account will be closely monitored for wrongful activities by the Admin Staff of Death Card RO. If you are a GM and are found to be cheating or scamming while playing a regular account or are found wrongfully helping our members in anyway by means of your GM account you will stand guilty of breaking rules of this server as recently set down by we, the Administrators of Death Card RO, ourselves.

24. WHEN A BAN COMES FROM ADMIN CYRIC OR HEAD GM BANE THAT MEANS YOU ARE BANNED ON THE FORUM AS WELL AS IN GAME... 1ST. BAN = 1 WEEK, 2ND. BAN = ONE MONTH, 3RD. BAN = LIFE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use anything DCRO related to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, sexist, racist, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. Flaming of the server and any of the Death Card RO staff will not be tolerated and your account will be banned instantly. If you have something bad to say, do not say it in our house... In example; This website, our Forum or in game on our server.
